Has anyone else had the problem where the default tree supports show up as normal in the slicer but when time to print it only prints the base and a small skinny dot?

From what it looks like to me the gcode is reading more as printing from the start to the end of the circle it’s intended to make, but it’s choosing the shortest path possible from start to finish instead of actually going in a circle.
