How can we get rid of these spots on the stove?

We've had this oven for about 5 years now, we clean weekly and wipe down everytime we cook. We've scrubbed and used elbow grease. What can we do to remove these spots? Its only on the front two burners, the ones that are mostly used. Is it just from use? Is it the finish? Its propane gas stove
