Does anyone move their closed won deals into a new pipeline?
We used HubSpot and the question has been raised asking if we can move sales deals into a new pipeline once it's closed won. The thought process is that it's no longer a sales deal once it's closed but worry is that reporting and forecasting will get messy.
After closed won, the deal would need to be onboarded and implementation taking place but those steps don't happen in a linear fashion so there can't really be a "onboarding pipeline"
