I need advise on how to address the situation at hand please. I am new to reddit and I don't know where to even start at. I guess I will start when me and fiance of 15 years broke up we will call him Rob. So Rob kept going behind my back messaging girls trying to sleep with them so when I found out I immediately left him. I got with my cousins sperm donor. I ended up getting pregnant he became abusive so I left him and got back with Rob. He knew the baby could be either one of theirs fast forward 3 years down the road things are still a bit rocky for us bc he dont like that fact I left him got with someone else and got pregnant when we have been trying for a while. So 3 years later I find out im pregnant again (with his baby) after us having multiple miscarriages before my daughter and after. I had complications with him but he was born and is healthy. SOOO me and my sister get in a fight bc she had stolen money from my mom when she was alive like 30,000 after her home was damaged by a storm that was the money she got to rebuild it well my sister we will call her Elisha. Anyways so I figured it was her who had called because of the fight we had gotten into we have since cut all communications because I had called them back on her (her case is still open mine closed after 2 visits). So when the lady showed up to go over what all was said thier was things that elisha WOULD NOT have known, and only my SIL (Susan) and her husband would know. So I put 2 and 2 together figured out it was them after the fact that her husband said yeah it was someone in their house they had other people living with them as well but the people living with them dont know my phone number. So thats how I figured out it was them. I have expressed on multiple occasions that I knew it was them and I honestly DO NOT want them around my kids. But they waited until I had her by blood nephew before calling them. Everything they said was false and Susan even asked me since I had my son why dont I give them my daughter I FLAT OUT told her FUCK NO!!! And asked how she could even ask that. So I told the CPS worker this the 2nd time they come bc it was an actual supervisor that come the 2nd time she wasnt much help as she shouldve been but immediatly closed my case after that. They still come to try and see my kids I let them with supervision. They keep asking me if they can come stay the night I keep telling them NO they wont stop asking. Susan keeps making up shit like WELL maybe someone just made up a bunch of shit to get them out here. No, they were trying to take my kids from me bc they always have someones kids over trying to pretend they are theirs and I dont want my kids around them. I am honestly lost on what to do here I dont have money to hire a lawyer I even tried getting my records from CPS for personal and they told me flat out no bc the allegations were against you and Rob so I would have to hire a lawyer to get them which is stupid!!! They are supposed to be getting land and moving everyone out a home and us live on the land with them I dont even want that I asked the CPS worker for help even texted her to nothing, I need help on what to do with SIL as they keep denying it saying they are mad to bc it took time away from the kids with them and keeps blaming it on my BIL's girlfriend. Any advise would be appreciated and helpful thanks Please do not judge me.
