Had a good time trying inking for the first time. I am not very happy with the faces but overall looks okay. Had quite a bit of learning while working on this and hoping to get better at this
I thought I’d have this sketch finished by today, but it’s still a work in progress. Right now I’m learning how to sketch crowds in a packed arena without making them look too awkward or distracting, and I definitely found that harder than expected.
Even if the audience didn’t turn out exactly how I imagined, I’m hoping the focus still lands where it should, on the two WWE superstars. Slowly learning, improving, and enjoying the process. Stay tuned for the final piece!
I grew up watching WWE (back when it was still called WWF), so I thought I’d start getting into sketching with a bit of nostalgia. The faces aren’t looking super realistic, but I’m hoping once the full scene comes together, it’ll look a little better. Still a work in progress… stay tuned!!
