I was wondering if when buying a used tesla do you have the option to pick the vehicle up instead of paying the delivery fee? (since the nearest used dealership is 6+ hours away anyway) if so how would i let tesla know i want to pick up the car

Bonus question: can you roll the sales tax and or non tesla fees into the finance?
