help! BC is ruining my relationship

I (23F) have been on birth control for 3 years. However, it’s been very difficult to find one that works for me. Right now I have Nexplanon and it absolutely killed my libido and i bleed a little every day.

I used to have an IUD for a little bit which was my favorite method because of the lack of side effects, not having to remember taking a pill everyday, however my cervix is too small for an IUD, even the smallest one, and it would push itself out a bit and disrupt everything.

I worry about taking the pill because I tend to be forgetful and sometimes forget to take it, which was why i switched to an IUD.

My husband (22M) is sexually frustrated because I have no libido and never want to have sex anymore. Back when i had an IUD, we would have sex nearly every day. Now, even when he tries to get me in the mood with some foreplay i feel nothing.

its really frustrating having no desire anymore but I’m on birth control for PCOS, otherwise I would get extremely heavy and painful periods. I also really don’t want to get pregnant right now, we don’t want kids until we’re older and more financially well off. Because we do want kids, a vasectomy is off the table because getting that reversed isn’t a given success.

Are there any supplements I can take for this? Should I just try the pill again? I don’t remember having issues with libido on the pill, i just remember my depression and anxiety plus mood swings becoming more severe even with my antidepressants which was another reason i quit the pill.

This is such a struggle for me, if anyone has any ideas or advice please let me know.

My family used to own a GCC up until 6 years ago so it’s been a minute since i have had a bird and i was hoping to get some advice!

I’m going to be getting one tomorrow and I don’t want to make mistakes while letting my new buddy settle in as it’s been a while since i have had to do this — so what precautions should i take and what should i do?

I’ve been doing my research but i find first hand experience to be best so id love some tips :)
