I have an older computer and I'm debating updating it I could add some new components or I could just buy something new and put it in its Old Shell

It has a

asus prime 490 v motherboard

With 64 GB of t-force RAM at 3200

i7 10700f @ 2.9 8 core 16 logic

rtx5500xt

one terabyte ssd drive (windows and one game) and 6 gigs of Western Digital hybrid storage (hdd/ssd?)

With what I believe to be a 400 or 450 watt power supply

My question is should I upgrade and if so what should I get?

Or in this economy should I just buy something new? (usa btw) PS the CPU is liquid cooled. sorry I forgot
