Housing options for a commuter
Hello! I was hoping to get some leads from Waltham locals. I will be starting a job in Waltham in September. I am looking for a room in Waltham but my situation is a bit compilcated. I will be in office 3 days a week, and go to Upstate NY for the rest of the week. Sometimes I will be away for the entire week. I have my partner, dog and cat there, and we are already paying one rent for our apartment there. Therefore, I am looking for a room in town and preferably around Brandeis with a rent ideally under $1000. I am in my mid-thirties and most of the listings I am seeing online on FB and oder platforms seem to be geared towards undergrads and graduate students. Do you have any idea where I should look for house-sharing opportunities with young professionals/ or a family house how are renting a room/ master bedroom/ suite? Thank you.
