Background Investigator passing my case
I recently received a call from my background investigator. This was my first time ever talking to him. He said that he’s going back to patrol and he’s gonna be handing my case off to another BI and to expect a call in a few weeks. My question is will the new background investigator have to start all over with my investigation or will he pick up from where he stopped? (Field investigation started in Feb & got the call in May.)
