Do you think there's early repolarization in this ECG? I understand that if the J wave is less than 1 mm, it's not considered early repolarization.

Hello, I hope you can help me when I see my cardiologist next week. I'm feeling quite anxious. I've been experiencing premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) for many years, and now I've noticed they're getting worse. They come with a sudden surge every now and then that lasts a few seconds, then only 10 seconds. I went to the ER where they did an electrocardiogram (ECG), which she said was normal, but I watched it for a long time and asked the GPT chat to tell me I have an early bundle branch block. And early repolsrization I've read that this makes me more likely to have arrhythmias and die suddenly, and I'm terrified. I can't even sleep.
