I had to unblock the drains recently…. But there is a second hole in my last manhole cover which doesn’t drain, this means that until there is 75mm of water sat, and the top hole level is reached nothing moves….. any suggestions or advice? Hand reaching in as far as it will fit, but can’t feel anything and a long pole goes in about 7” then stops.
