Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private 1 bed / 1 bath in a 3-bedroom apartment at The Standard at Four Corners from August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027.

• $1,510/month per room + electricity
• Fully furnished
• Private balcony
• Direct bus from the complex to campus
• Amenities include study spaces, pool, gym, grilling stations, pool tables, etc.

The other two rooms in the unit have not been leased yet, so there’s a decent chance you’d end up having most (or all) of the place to yourself. Also works well for a group of 3 looking to lock in a unit together.
