Found a Leatherman ARC at a good price - legit or too good to be true?

I'm looking to buy my first Leatherman with the Free technology. The P4 got discontinued and is hard to find in Europe at a reasonable price, so I started looking at the ARC.

I found this one locally for what seems like a very fair price (I assume - still learning the market). Before pulling the trigger I want to make sure it's real and assess the condition properly.

My questions:

- Is this a genuine Leatherman ARC?

- How would you rate the overall condition?

- What would you consider a fair price for it in this condition?

- Any red flags I should be aware of?
