So I’m terrible at drawing faces / people hence I focus on buildings lighthouses and general static objects lol.
This kinda gets me a little coz yes I’d love to learn the skills etc but I have a short attention span and a need for quick results .
Most my drawing and paintings are like 20 min max
So….. I stopped caring
I figured I’m never gunna paint a masterpiece, a canvas worthy show stopper so stop worrying about how bad it is and just create .
And you know what happened …….
I LOVE IT
I love creating the portraits
I love finding interesting people to doodle and splash some paint .
And I love that I feel zero pressure to get it right ….
In fact I go out of my way to make them look as crap as possible and I love them even more :)

So on my journey to minimise my work I started to draw simple Irish style cottages from photos on Pinterest …..

I decided to try and turn one into a minimal card :)
