Hi All,
Due to unemployment and then underemployment for a couple of years I have a significant amount of credit card debt with large expenses coming up in the near future. I have enough in my 401k to eliminate that debt which I realistically won't be able to pay off for years at this point. I know it's not the ideal move but in the long run would it be beneficial to pay off my credit card debt and get back to even? I'm in my early 30's so I believe I can build my 401k back up.
