Why scam/fake post on Vinted?

Serious question, I just don't get it. What is to gain from scamming on Vinted? Recently I've had loads of people posting items for sale and then just either not sending or ignoring messages. I offer on something, ignored. I ask a question about an item, ignored. It's not like the old days of eBay scams where they got the money pretty much straight away, it sat in their bank account until it was taken back. Vinted holds the money, so they gain absolutely nothing. I've also seen so many sellers posting loads of items, at silly prices, and all they have are 1 star reviews saying "seller cancelled order" or "item wasn't sent" seriously, what's the point?? I genuinely want to know people's opinions on this. My wife has an account that we share, both buying and selling, so we both see it happening almost daily 🤦🏻 am I missing something here??

Recent got a new tv, and the stock launcher was the typical Android/Google TV advert fest, it had to go. I had seen about Projectivy and thought I'd give it a go, couple days later I paid for premium because it has blown me away. Here is my question, I'm a big PlayStation fan, I've made custom icons for my HDMI inputs for my PS5, 4 and 3, and I found a great 4k PS3 XMB style video background to use, the only problem is the video itself has this blue line down the side of it. If I could zoom in on the video one or two percent, I could hide it. I've looked at the settings and can't seem to see anything to adjust it. Am I missing something, or do I just need to deal with it.... I CAN'T UNSEE THE BLUE LINE! Lmao. Thanks in advance. Please ignore my fugly wallpaper, buying a new tv came above decorating 🤣
