Popular crypto TG channels or X crypto space hosts?

I have plenty of time to waste this week in between work, the plan is to listen to these spaces or AMAs whilst walking, doing dishes, etc.

Is there any ones that you recommend that host projects? I may potentially like a project featured. Ones with a proven track record are ideal(hosted successful projects), but mid tier or mixed bag channels or X spaces are also good.

I know the risks, I’ve taking quite a long sabbatical from low cap and meme tokens, although I’m still fascinated to find out the standards of new projects in the current landscape. Back in 2021 there was no shortage of these TG channels, but now they seem to be hard to find. The landscape has probably drastically changed in the time I’ve been away as I know pump fun seems to be catching a lot of attention for good or for worse.

I’m ideally looking for TG channels or even twitter/x spaces that host upcoming or even already launched projects to get an insight into what those projects are about, the team, etc. Thanks

As title suggests, I might have a slight touch of OCD. I’m only 9th kyu, but I’m obsessed with training. We train 2x - 1 hour classes a week. This just isn’t enough to fill my cravings!! thus I often train extensively outside the dojo hours. I’ve been training for just over fourteen months in total. The sad part is we only grade twice a year!! but it seems the standards of our club are extraordinarily high, the club boasts two black belts representing my country at a worlds level. So evidently to grade, you need to be on top of your game.

I train at almost every moment I get a chance, sometimes even twice a day with the dogi on, sometimes I’ll just casually drop into zenkutsu-dachi and practice reverse punches, blocks or lunge punches. This sounds great and everything, however the issue is I’m not conditioned for this type of extensive training, I’m not in bad shape as I‘ve always been relatively active throughout my lifetime, with that being said my lower body is not conditioned(always neglected lower body).

Consequently, this means I’m probably overtraining, and it gives my right knee issues. I’ve attended physiotherapists and it’s likely wear and tear. Only acts up when I overtrain.

To put it mildly; It’s suffice To say I’m addicted to Karate. When I’m not training, I’m constantly watching Kata or other YouTube Karatekas content. This in of itself can be even detrimental to productivity outside of the dojo.

For additional context, 33 year old male, 185-ish cm and roughly 75kg. Only recently started focusing on strength and conditioning outside of dojo hours to hopefully aid with the amount of training I can sustain.

Can anyone here relate? Or give me some advice on how to manage the overwhelming Karate obsession, at the same time sharpen skills and help mitigate injuries?
