Hi everyone,

I’m visiting Northwestern soon for an admitted students tour and will have my mother with me. I’m wondering what we can do afterward for a nice day trip around the Northwestern/Evanston area.

Any must-dos nearby? Also, any must-have dinner spots, bakeries, or dessert places? Ideally somewhere with great chocolate croissants!
