Warm weather Scent that’s not…

…fresh. I like spicy/woody scents but they are generally associated with cool weather. Any choices for summer heat that aren’t fresh?

We plan to have a home built. A large development currently building. We will have enough Cash to buy it by the time of closing, however is that the best thing to do? Should we get a mortgage instead? The builder offers financing. We heard paying Cash outright can have its problems, whereas a Bank involved provides certain protections during the construction process. On our own we would need to provide our own inspectors and possibly an Attorney involved. What’s the best way to handle this?
