I absolutely love the outdoors (I live for the gorgeous outdoor pictures shared here), but I have mild social anxiety that makes me overthink going outside alone, so I end up spending most of my days indoors. I also genuinely love walking; it’s the one form of exercise I’ve never struggled to stay consistent with.

Back in 2021 during lockdown, I started walking indoors. Just pacing up and down while scrolling social media or reading on my phone. Somehow it stuck, and now I can easily do 15k steps in a day indoors. Yesterday I hit my longest walk ever: 30k steps!
