I’m a student with 3 years left of eligibility for the student discount membership. However, it seems that Spotify has changed my subscription without emailing me. I’ve tried to update my individual subscription back to student but it’s saying that the verification limit has exceeded, so I’m not sure how I’m meant to change it back. If anyone has any tips, it would be greatly appreciated.
