My school is basically putting no effort whatsoever into getting us a throwing coach, which is why I feel like many of my teammates, including me, have reached our ceiling. It is more of a knowledge ceiling rather than strength, which is why I'm trying to find a team coach. Is there anything I can do from my end to help this at all?
