Night hiking down a trail this evening in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (TN/NC USA).
Walked up on this poor little fella sitting right on trail.
(I’m out of the park and I left it where it was.) It looked so pitiful but I know I’m more than likely the last one on the trail tonight. Hopefully its mama came back to it, or it went to a safer place for the night.
Cant ID on Seek or online. Any help would be great, thanks.
