I wanted some advice about using a portable pump. I was recently gifted the momcozy ultra slim air 1. I normally use the spectra (pink) wall pump. I normally only pump at night because I just breast feed. Love the wall pump and my flange size is 16mm but it can be 15mm.

I go back to work in 2 weeks and I really want to commit to pumping for a whole year. I am having issues with the ultra slim air 1 mobile pump hurting my nipples. I might be just having issues with power of suction. Or maybe flange… idk. I was hoping for some advice.

On my spectra wall pump I like it on 38 cycle vacuum is low at 12.

Any advice on how to make my nipples to stop hurting with the portable pump is appreciated. Also will take advice on pumping at work.
