Hello i am having a problem were i got an email for academic reverifacation i didnt notice it because it went to my student email and it isnt checked very often but i did attempt to login to my github account a couple days after the last email was sent out on march 30 2026 but was told my account was suspended i sent a support ticket saying i am able to prove my academic status and whatnot and now its been over a month since it happened and i just want to know how long it takes on average for github to respond to these types of matters my user is (akselihaverinen09) this is not a complaint or request or for my ticket to be seen faster just a question on how long github support takes.
