Hi, does anyone have experience running buyer ads without using IDX? For example, using more generic landing pages like “home lists,” “off-market deals,” etc.—do those actually perform well?

Or is it generally better to use a traditional landing page with IDX search and guide users toward converting after a few interactions (like on the second or third click)?

Would love to hear what’s been working for others.
