I’m trying to upload my PR card photo and the portal keeps rejecting it for “not meeting requirements.” The weird part is that this is the same photo I got taken at Shoppers when I applied for my PR, so I assumed it would work.
I tried resizing, re‑uploading, and fixing it in different ways, but no luck. The portal still refuses it.
The message says the case officer may be able to fix it, but I’m not sure if that’s actually true. Has anyone submitted anyway and had the officer accept it? Or should I just get a new photo taken?
Any advice from people who’ve been through this would help.
