I spent $8,000 with BitBranding and did not make a single sale. What can new entrepreneurs learn from this?
I hired BitBranding to help grow my Shopify store and invested $8,000 in their program.
During my initial sales call, I was told that a typical timeline was to have the program effectively paid for by around month four. That statement played a major role in my decision to enroll.
Over the following months, I implemented their recommendations, posted consistently on social media, wrote blog articles, connected apps to my Shopify store, and put significant time and effort into the process. Despite following their guidance, I did not make a single sale.
When I requested a partial refund, my request was denied.
This post reflects my personal experience and opinion. Other clients may have had different results, but I wanted to share my experience so that other entrepreneurs can ask the right questions before investing in marketing agencies.
