I really want to take him to vet but I dont have enough money. I dont want to lose him, he can still stand and is able to drink but he doesn't want to eat. His head is shaking and bit I think its because of ear mites, if I take him to ear cleaning will it be able to solve the problem?

I cleaned his ear already. Yesterday he was still eating but he skipped lunch today. But he's still drinking water and drinking milk. I bought him a medicine but it will be delivered on the 8th:(. I cannot afford vetcare. I dont want to lose him:((
