Just got rushed by three unleashed dogs at the Columbus Metropolitan Library while their owner was far away running and screaming their names.
There was zero direct control..
This happens all the time at Wolfe Park too, even though there are signs everywhere to leash your dog.
I’m tired of this idea that everyone has to be okay with dogs running up on them. I don’t know your dogs. I don’t care if they’re “friendly.” That’s not my responsibility to trust.
There’s this weird social pressure where you’re expected to smile and go “aww it’s fine,”idk it’s startling and has happened numerous times since I’ve moved downtown area
