Solved turned out it was a motherboard short Alright might be dumb but pc won't turn on just built it first time trying and have no clue what to do and I'm not sure if I'm missing a cord or if I need to plug in that rectangular cord somewhere

Motherboard is a B760M gaming plus wifi ddr4. Power supply is a cooler master we gold 850 v2 full modular
