I received my K1 visa with 2 yellow packets— the glue has dried off and the envelope binding has opened. The gap is very big, I can see all my documents

I contacted the Consulate via email, calls multiple times, I even physically went there— no response

My flight is in 3 days, I don't want to risk getting sent back and reapply for the visa

What should I do? Has someone been in this situation before?
