I'm sure it's an old cartoon, I saw it in my childhood (I'm 18 btw, maybe 10 years later)

A man in red, another in blue, competing in different games, I can't recall exactly who was cheating but I remember there was cheating, probably red cheat and blue win. Probably red loses badly, like getting lunched somehow. Can anyone tell me that they also remembers something like that?
