Hey everyone,

I’m currently in the Google India L3 interview process and have completed a few virtual technical rounds. I’ve been informed that I have 2 technical rounds left, which should be part of the onsite.

I wanted to understand how different the onsite interviews are compared to virtual ones, especially in the India context:

Are onsite rounds still done on a shared doc/editor, or is it actual whiteboard coding?

Is the difficulty or bar higher compared to virtual rounds?

Do interviewers expect fully working code, or is the focus more on approach + communication?

Any specific differences in evaluation during onsite vs virtual?

Would really appreciate insights from people who’ve recently gone through Google L3 interviews in India 🙏
