Hi everyone,

My name is Ayush Bidlan, and I am from India. I will start my PhD at LMU Munich on 1 October 2026, and I am currently looking for accommodation in Munich within EUR 900 per month. As my PhD is expected to last 4 years, I would be especially interested in a long-term rental arrangement.

A little about me: I am male, do not smoke, and do not have any pets. I value a clean and peaceful living environment and would, of course, be happy to follow the house rules regarding guests and shared spaces.
