April kicked my butt so I didn’t get as many reads. But here is what I did finish in April

Listened to the year of yes on audio book and that was a great choice. Shonda is an incredible narrator. I’m still thinking about the her choosing to be veal thing. What an interesting perspective

I was disappointed in jenette McCurdys novel debut. I really enjoyed her memoir so I thought I’d really love seeing her writing style flourish with a novel but I just didn’t find the book that engaging

With marriage at sea, I found the part about them stranded interesting but after the rescue I was a bit bored

In may I’ll had to catch up since I only read 3 this month

I need book recommendations popular enough to be on Libby. I’ve been really into the Tuscan wine mom kind of 2000s vibes, also like global village coffee house aesthetic. I’m rewatching Veronica Mars so something with that kind of aesthetic could work. I want to pretend like it’s the 2000-2009 timeline again.
