Pre vaccine, I lived a normal life. In fact, I loved life so much and never wanted it to end.
I got my first vaccine on the 19th October 2021 (batch FF8222). After receiving the dose, I experienced a rash over my body, mostly on my chest and arms. Now, I’d had mild eczema since I was a child but it was so mild, I never thought about.
The first photo I have taken, of what’s now over 1,000 due to worsening symptoms, was taken on the 4th November 2021, just 16 days after the vaccination.
I subsequently went to the doctors on the 4th November 2021 to report an allergic reaction and again on the 18th November 2021.
The second injection I received on 14th December 2021 (FK9712). Just 4 days later, on the 18th December 2021, I had bruises all over my body and had to report to A&E due to worries that there could potentially be internal bleeding. After tests ruled that out, they said that this could be some sort of reaction to the vaccine.
Since then, nothing has been the same. I went from having maybe one or two doctors appointments in one year to having them per month, if not more. My eczema has gone from mild, behind my elbows and knees to covering my whole body. I went through TSW too which didn’t help. I have insane reactions that affect my skin, red pimples and hives. I can hardly eat anything and have developed anaphylaxis to milk and soya. If I eat gluten, corn, pea protein, drink coffee or even have vegan chocolate my skin reacts.
I have consequently been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and was told by the specialist this has gone up threefold since Covid and the introduction of the vaccines.
I am now medicated with immunosuppressants, biologic injections, antihistamines, and yet, symptoms still persist. I was given both mast cell stabilisers and h2 antihistamines but I can’t get them on the NHS and it’s so expensive, so I’ve not taken them for a while.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
