Hi there,

I have got the aipods pro 3 from a friend and they are still in warranty until september. everything is great so far. However when i call my brother or other family members in a busy environment like the mall or the super market then they say they cant hear me or they cant hear me well. any idea why this is happening? in quiet environments i dont get any complaints. maybe i need to change to another mode ? or maybe its a bad airpods pro 3 unit?
