Hiii yall, I’m not sure if this is the place to ask questions but idk who to ask

Anyways I got a jaw expander on the roof of my mouth back in March so pretty recently, idk what I was doing but the left side kinda got loose and popped off of the tooth and now it’s kinda putting pressure on the right tooth and idk what to do

I just called like 5 minutes ago and they said they can’t schedule me till next week and it’s lwk hurts

Anyone know what I can do or how to pop it back in place?
