I am 52 years old - 5’3 and 157 pounds. I walk for at least 20 minutes 6 days a week, I exercise with weights 4 days a week and eat clean. Yet I have put on 30 pounds since I turned 50 and NOTHING is helping. What am I supposed to do to lose the belly (that is the biggest problem)???? I do drink wine but I don’t think I drink enough to outdo everything else I’m doing to lose weight. Should I start HRT? Will that help?
