What’s the best online business to start ?

I’m 22 years old and currently specializing in Artificial Intelligence. I have a really strong passion for AI and a solid level of knowledge in the field. My goal is to turn that passion into income and maybe even become financially successful from it one day

I already have good experience with AI automation and I’ve also been following the digital products space closely

What do you guys think ? What’s the best thing I should focus on learning deeply right now ? Any advice from people already in the industry would really help. Thanks !

Im 22 an AI student and I have the skills but Im stuck between two business models. Need your brutal honesty

Hey, Im a 22 year old AI student. I’ve spent the last couple of years obsessed with learning everything about AI and automation. Im finally ready to launch my own online business but Im facing a major analysis paralysis moment. Im torn between two paths where I have solid experience: Digital Products creating and selling high value assets AI Automation Agency (AAA) building custom solutions for specific niches using n8n and AI APIs. I have the technical expertise for both but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Which one is more sustainable in 2026 ? Are digital products still profitable or is the Done for you automation service the real gold mine now ? Would love to hear from anyone who has tried either

Hi everyone, Im a 22 year old University student specializing in Artificial Intelligence. For the past few months, I’ve been obsessed with one thing ai Automation. I’ve spent countless nights learning how to bridge the gap between complex ai models and real world business efficiency. Today, I finally hit Publish on my first digital product. Its an AI-Driven Lead Qualification and Outreach System (n8n Workflow) specifically designed for Real Estate Agencies What it does It automatically scrapes incoming leads uses AI to categorize them based on urgency/budget and drafts a personalized follow-up email all without the agent lifting a finger Im incredibly proud of building this, but I’ll be honest Im scared. Im scared that no one will buy it or that I won’t know how to reach the right people. As a student, I have the technical skills but the marketing side feels like a whole different world. Im reaching out to this community for two things : What do you think of this product ? For those who started where I am how do I get this in front of the right business owners without a massive budget ? I know many of you are way ahead of me in this journey. Im here to learn and I’d deeply appreciate any brutal advice you have for a student just starting out. Thanks for reading

I’m 21, studying Artificial Intelligence, and I’ve been looking into the Digital Products space. There’s a lot of noise about market saturation and the "death" of low-quality PDFs, and I tend to agree. However, as someone with a technical background (AI automation and backend workflows), I’m wondering if there’s a new wave of "Smart Digital Products" that actually provide value. I’m curious to hear your thoughts on: Information vs. Utility: Are people still paying for "Information" (eBooks/Guides), or has the market shifted entirely toward "Utility" (Pre-built AI systems, n8n workflows, technical blueprints)? The US Market Gap: For those selling in the US, what is the biggest pain point for small-to-medium businesses that can be solved with a downloadable digital asset? The "AI Advantage": How can a Computer Science student leverage LLMs to create digital products that are impossible to replicate by non technical creators? I want to avoid the "saturated" junk and build high-ticket technical assets. Am I late to the party or is the party just starting for people with a tech stack? Looking for brutal honesty. Thanks!

Hi everyone, Im a 21 year old Computer Science student specializing in Artificial Intelligence. I’ve always been passionate about tech and online business and Im now looking to dive into the world of Digital Products. Before I commit my time, I’d love to get your honest perspective on the current state of the market : Is the Digital Products field still profitable in 2026? Or has it become too saturated with low-quality content ? Based on my background (AI & Tech), what types of digital products are currently in high demand ? Im considering things like AI-powered Notion templates automation guides, or niche eBooks but I want to know what’s actually selling. Low Ticket vs. High Ticket: Should I focus on selling many low priced items (like $10-20 guides) or a few high-value technical assets ? I want to build something that provides real value and isn't just another generic PDF. Given my technical skills Im ready to build complex tools or templates if that’s where the money is. Thanks in advance for your advice !

Hello everyone, I’m 21 years old currently pursuing my degree in Artificial Intelligence. I’ve spent a lot of time mastering AI automation and technical workflows, but I want to pivot towards building and selling Digital Products/Assets rather than just trading my time for service work. Given the current explosion of generic digital products, I want to use my technical background to create something with a higher barrier to entry. I’m curious to hear from those experienced in the space: What is the next level for digital products in 2026? Are people still buying PDFs/eBooks, or is the market shifting toward Productized Services and interactive AI templates (like advanced n8n or Notion systems)? Technical vs. Simple: As an AI student should I focus on highly technical assets for businesses (B2B) or simplified AI-empowerment tools for individuals (B2C) ? Distribution: For someone starting from scratch without a massive social media following, which platforms are currently best for tech-focused digital assets? I’m looking to build products that solve real friction points, not just get rich quick fluff. Any insights on where the market is underserved would be greatly appreciated

Hey everyone, Im looking for some honest career advice. Im currently a student Computer Science and I’ve been working at a local workshop to pay the bills. Honestly? Its soul crushing the physical toll and the environment are starting to mess with my focus on my studies Lately, I’ve been spending all my free time and late nights obsessing over ai and prompt engineering. I’ve actually developed a set of high precision complex prompt frameworks for productivity and automation. I’ve tested them and they honestly save me hours of work My dream is to start marketing these digital products online so I can quit the workshop and focus 100% on my degree and ai career. But Im terrified of leaving a stable paycheck for the uncertainty of selling digital products especially as a student Has anyone here successfully transitioned from a manual labor job to selling digital tools or ai services ? Do you think the prompt engineering market is actually viable right now or should I just suck it up and keep the workshop job until I graduate? Would love to hear some perspectives from people who’ve been in similar shoes. Thanks 😊
