1st of all it's not a normal panning it's a glitchy one like playing a game with 5-10fps...

I usually use my mouse with my laptop but sometimes when I want to zoom in & out fast I use my laptop touchpad & move my mouse to target where to zoom

that's when I noticed the glitching & it starts to drive me crazy, specially that I use this trick in alot of different apps (including chrome) but never had this issue

I made a little search (+2h) but couldn't make it work, so I was wondering if someone had this issue before & found a solution
