Hi everyone,
My apologies in advance if these questions have already been answered.
Been considering getting an EV and thought what to do about home charging as that would be the cheapest option to install a home charger.
Saw some videos on YouTube and I'm not exactly sure what to do.
Would you recommend a granny charger or a wall box or using a smart cable on a commando 32A socket?
And are granny chargers unsafe to use daily?
And would these commando socket installs be cheaper than installing a wall box?
And if you move home then do u just leave the charger be?
Apologies for the stupid questions - it's my first time and just trying to figure out the whole home charging scenario before I eventually purchase an EV. I'm looking at a leapmotor C10 ATM.
Thanks!
