Purchased a heated styling brush from what I thought was a reasonably large company that has a .co.uk website, who have sent me a device with a US plug and no UKCA or CE marking present on any packaging. From my understanding, anyone selling to the UK needs to ensure they comply with one or the other regulation to be legally allowed to trade goods. Am I incorrect?
