Why companies normalizing ONSITE interview? Like seriously, open camera naman and all.
Gusto kong malaman yung thoughts ninyo about this. Kasi i find it very unnecessary eh.
P.S the reason why I hate onsite interviews is because MADALAS di nasusunod ang sinabing time. I waited for an hour.
Huy. I applied on this company. So yung HR and HM Interview (Hiring Manager) it was smooth and it was okay. Until they messaged me na they will schedule me on final interview. Nag follow up for just 2 weeks pero walang sagot. Sinasabi nila na iischedule nila ko for interview laging ganito sinasabi.
Until today, NAKITA KO NAG REPOST NG JOB POST??? I was like ha? Maappreciate ko pa kung sinabi niyo na lang na di ako tanggap kesa naghintay ako na i-reschedule niyo. Huhuhu.
Ghosting has been a norm na talaga sa pag-aapply.
