I was visiting Palermo last week and also went to a Palermo FC game. I’m very interested in fan culture and wanna to ask something, maybe someone has some answers for me or give me some general informations about the ultras (history an so on)

Mainly I was wondering if the ultras are political? There was a Palestine flag, are there any connections? Palermo is also know for the rescue, are there any connections to that.
