I’m 21 years old and I’ve made some irresponsible decisions, putting myself 11k in credit card debt with cards maxed out and I am thousands of debt underneath on a 2025 mustang that I still owe $46,000 on. I am 5 months pregnant and my husband and I are thinking about me filing for bankruptcy because we cant afford my $800 car payment along with $500 in minimum payments on my credit cards monthly, that not including rent, food, insurance. I just want a good life for my son and I don’t want to make a wrong decision. Please give me advice.
