I take several medications daily for different things. Every so often, there will be a day where it feels like literally none of them work. I take metoprolol for POTS - my heart will race on these days. I take several allergy meds and on these days it’s like I took nothing at all.
Yes I am sure I took them.
It seems to be unrelated to my menstrual cycle, which is extremely regular.
I don’t have particularly bad stomach issues on these days; no feeling constipated or anything.
When it happens it’s ALL of my meds. It’s not building tolerance to one particular drug.
The following day or so it feels like they start working again just fine.
I have had local anesthetic not work at the dentist, like they gave me two shots and they literally never did anything.
I am not a redhead.
I drink extremely rarely, like maybe 5x a year.
This happened yesterday and I cannot find an answer online anywhere. It drives me crazy because it seems so random and unpredictable. Does anyone here have an answer for me??
