Just for some background knowledge, I’ve been dealing with my weight for a while now, but I’ve finally lost a good amount. In September of 2025 I weighed 256 almost 260lbs and now I’m currently at 193 of today. The thing is I’m not losing the amount of weight. I want to in the right amount of time if I did it correctly I would’ve been at 170 by now. I eat well I work out five days a week and I get sleep. The reason I’m very frustrated is I joined a Muay Thai gym, it will be my third week and I still haven’t seen any progress. My body fat percentage hasn’t moved. My body is still visibly chubby and it bothers me a lot to the point I just wanna give up. Like I started at 5,9 256lbs 35 Bf and now I’m at 193 22 % Bf. I want to be lean and shredded. I do lift I have a really good muscle built underneath all my blubber. I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Am I not eating enough or am I not eating less enough? How do I get around this? I just wanna be comfortable in my own body bruh. And healthy as I can be. Yes I do sleep 8hrs a night yes I track my calories and yes I’m consistent. I never skip a day. So what’s the solution here?
